1 1/2 Sticks Butter melted
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
Mix butter and cake mix until doughy and moist. Pat into a greased 9 x 13 cake pan.
Layer on top of mixture
1 Cup Coconut
1 Bag Chocolate chips Milk or Semi - your choice
1/2 bag Walnuts - Large bag
Pour over 1 Can condensed milk. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
